whatever the value of having your adress say fifth instead of e. 86 is.
Don't hurt the nimwits with data. Not when they view painting their walls pink at a valuation of $600k, making even $300k studios $900k off the bat.
Plus better lobby, more exclusivity.... Maybe the apartment has great views...They are asking $2.3mm.
Funny you say paint. The staff is currently in here repainting our apartment colors of our choosing (admittedly purchasing as well)....but labor 100% free.
you pay $6k+ for a 2 bed on 86th street? well, at least there's that free paint job....
