...How much should a 1200sqft condo in 1049 Fifth (on 86th) cost if neighboring 12 E. 86th Street rents 2/2s for $6000-6500. Consider finishes and lobby/amenities in your answer. Thanks.

whatever the value of having your adress say fifth instead of e. 86 is.

Don't hurt the nimwits with data. Not when they view painting their walls pink at a valuation of $600k, making even $300k studios $900k off the bat.

Plus better lobby, more exclusivity.... Maybe the apartment has great views...They are asking $2.3mm.

Funny you say paint. The staff is currently in here repainting our apartment colors of our choosing (admittedly purchasing as well)....but labor 100% free.
