I am looking for a tenant for my upper east side 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in a full service building. There is a full gym, pilates room, children's playroom, lap pool etc... Why don't you put up a listing on SE?

That way, you can put up pics & a floorplan, give a location, have an asking price, etc.

It is listed with a broker but I was just trying to bring in some more foot traffic. Are you interested or do you know someone who might be? I can definitely e-mail pics.
