Multiple brokers?

Not very common, but it does happen. I think you should let them both (or all, if you have a stable of them) know that you are working with multiple brokers. Some brokers will not want to work with someone that is using multiple brokers. The real question is what are you using them for? I could understand two brokers if you were looking in Manhattan and Brooklyn. But if you are looking in Midtown and the Upper East Side, not much changes and one broker can show you all the same listings. If anything you may end up wasting your own time because they will both take you to the same things. Any way you slice it though, they should all know what the deal is.
Why are you going the multiple broker route?
