Discussion about
thinking of putting in an offer. anyone have any info on the building/developer or neighborhood? any thoughts on ppsf? seems to be running $600-650 psf- seems high to me for harlem. i'm thinking $500 ppsf

its not high for harlem, actually that was the average price per trulia in 2Q2010.

Its not a full time doorman, though. I looked at some (for a rental) and they seemed ok. Not the greatest in the area but not terrible.
