they are you arrogant cunt...just because it was listed higher last year (and didn't rent) doesnt mean that prices across the board are higher this year. fuck off, find another forum.

I forgot exact comps don't matter...

And rents are starting to decline in my building in the last month or so...

And prop trading is getting shut down in a tough fundraising environment...

And you're still a rental borker...
