So what do you like about the Twenty9th Park Madison? Is it the new hotel/pool/triple decker lounge across the street?

I have a 600 sqf alcove studio at west 42st Atelier condo. It is in brand new condition I might rent it out starting 10/1. Email me if you're into that. Aplusdealsman@gmail.com

Look at 372 cpw, 382 cpw, 392 cpw, 400 cpw. All have two types of alcoves: (1) 20x12 + 7x9 alcove, 20x12 + 10x13 alcove.

You may also want to look at the Packard on West 86th. These aren't really alcove studios, but they are large living room apartments with high ceilings and 6-7' tall sleeping lofts on the upper floor. Usually with spiral staircases leading up, but some have real staircases.
