What size are you looking for? I dont think you will find many 1BR for under $300k. Even in Astoria

cbgrl9:

Have you been looking for one or two bedroom apartments in Astoria? And if so,
what have you found or observed?

There are none. at least in terms on condos. You could buy a 1br coop at The Acropilous for about $250,000.
