Doesn't appear to have sold yet, I can appreciate the use of mass media to sell, but the art is just plain scary and the apartments look cluttered. Other than the Sistine chapel who puts "art" on the ceiling? I would be less frightened by a 'Munch' paining.

I like how she goes through the hassles of combining apartments and then says it's too big for her. Unfortunately, this woman might lose all her equity. Oh well, she'll still have her art.

This apt is the most expensive apt offered at 120 RSB. I'm no expert on RSB but isn't this the most down market of the condos there? Another point is that this woman owns a unit at 220 RSB still, and used to own one at 200 RSB. Whether she owns any others through LLC I couldn't say. Don't you need millions in income to qualify for all of these mortgages? Nonprofit just might be the most truthful bit of that article.

Maybe after she combined them she realized that it really doesn't work for entertaining - small living room, small kitchen, no dining room - just lots of fairly small bedrooms. Not what you would call a really great entertaining space. Would make a good B&B though - LOL

Combining two apartments can be a great way to increase value. That said, selecting the right two apartments in the right building can be crucial. You don't want to be the only 5 bedroom in abuilding of 1 & 2 bedrooms and the rooms need proportion and layout..Not sure that was acheived here..
