200 Water Street in FiDi -- paper-thin walls?

I'm interested in renting an apartment in this building, but heard that walls in the apartment are so thin that tenants normally hear their neighbors. This building, formerly a NYU dorm, was originally built as an office building, but later converted into residential use. Does anyone currently lives there or knows someone who lives there? Thanks in advance for your opinion.

Ha, I lived here when it was a dorm and don't remember much neighbor noise.
