Someone just paid $3465 for a straight studio on the third floor. Damn, its a lot cheaper to own a larger alcove studio condo on a high floor uptown. I think you commit to this kind of rent, you not only have money to burn, but you are thinking only of short term housing.

Brokers on the board, Do you think they are actually able to rent at these prices or are they offering 15-20% discount from these prices similar to some listings for new developments?
