why is SE not including rentals in this area? only sales!? Is SE planning on fixing this? which is the best search for rentals in NJ?

hotpads.com is ok. don't really have anything to compare it to.
you can google "apartment rentals new jersey" and just sign up for the top few services. i like the hotpads map thingie.

Because this is not a NJ site. For rentals, you should check out realtor.com and njmls.com

Craigslist is also good for NJ, search "owner only listings". Zillow is also pretty good...I write this as I wait for Verizon in our sun room in our new NJ house. We rented.

Yes, seemed like a better deal than comcast and it is supposed to be better, we'll see.

I love FIOS. So much better than Time Warner. For some reason, I kept losing my Time Warner intrnet everytime it rained or snowed.
