you should also specify whether the bracket should be removed and who will pay for repair to the wall to cover the hole where the bracket was.

On another note, if you wanted the TV, you should ask to buy it (I wouldn't ever assume it is included unless they said, "yes, this is included"). Televisions lose their value quickly and if someone is moving it is one less thing they need to worry about (transporting a flat panel TV is not fun). Plus, if they went through the trouble of mounting it well, they probably want the newest TV out there anyway, so it is almost win win for everyone.

I paid $2,100 for my 46" 1080p LCD 2-3 years ago, and now I'm probably going to sell it to a friend for $400-$500 just to avoid the headache of Craisglist.

I bought a 46" LCD at Best Buy a few months ago for only $1000. It's a Samsung. (But I think I'd recommend Sony, the Samsung user interface sucks, and they both have essentially the same image quality.)
