Um...you're being scammed. Awaye Realty's listing is old. They never took it down, presumably because it helps them bring in suckers on Craigslist. They certainly shouldn't be advertising it on Craigslist, considering the owner has clearly switched to Prudential to market the apartment for this year. Check the rental history.

Who are these people who think Craigslist is actually a RE research tool? The occasional gem on Craigslist is NOT worth the time you spend digging through the garbage.
