also...the spa is still closed....wasnt it supposed to be open 2yrs ago?

I loved this building also. They seemed more then willing to neg on price, but the only thing that stopped me from making an offer was the carrying costs! I was really suprised at how high the RE taxes were and the spa fee and Maint were crazy! The apt I looked at was 12A and the monthly costs were $6500! way to much! I decided against making an offer based on the carrying costs, but I really did love the building and the apts.

yeah....the building is still 68% empty......they def. have to drop the price....wonder if it goes rental?

I was there recently- the spa is open and so is the park.
