I use a company by the name of MyClean - www.myclean.com - they've been cleaning my apartment for over a year now, and always do an amazing job.

They recently provided me with a "referral code" when they found out I was telling all my friends about it. If you enter "lee" upon signing up, you'll get 10% off your first clean.

Enjoy!

We have 1 Bed/1 Bath with laundry at $65, so $100 seems right

What's the frequency. I think that matters.

2 bed / 2 bath with laundry *downstairs* sounds a little cheap if its say every 2 weeks. You can spend 2 hours on the landry alone, and then, what 4+ on actual cleaning. I think $20 an hour (because its infrequeent, and they travel) so $120.

If its say weekly, where you can split things up more (say not clean all the windows each week) maybe more doable.

I do bi-weekly no laundry in a one bed for $80.

It would be weekly for a 2 bed / 2 bath and using the laundry in the basement of the building. Hopefully the two hours of laundry isn't spent waiting for the dryer to stop. I mean someone can push a broom or mop while the clothes dry.
I'm thinking 100 bucks is probably right in there and if I ask her to clean the fridge once in a while it shouldn't be more.

When its in the basement, it takes more time than you think. You have to go down early to make sure noone empties out the machine, there are the multiple trips themselves, going back for the drying cycles, etc. Its a real pain in the ass, which is why I started sending out, and now I have a W/D and can't ever go back.

If its weekly, it will be less, $100 is probably in the range if its a consistent weekly.

My cleaning lady does the cleaning while the laundry machines in the basement are at work. She puts away the clothes too and does shopping for cleaning supplies (I leave her some money in an envelop for laundry and cleaning supplies). $85 including tips every two weeks for 950 sqft 1br 1 bath.
