Wouldn't it be nice if there were a couple of small shops on Riverside? Maybe a small restaurant?

One of the niceties of Riverside Drive is the total lack of commercial development. Couldn't disagree more. There are plenty of commercial establishments on the two blocks up on Broadway.

Not advocating that Riverside look like Broadway in terms of commercial development. I think it would be nice if there was a newsagent, bakery or small restaurant somewhere along Riverside in the 90's or 100's.
