Management companies that offer flexible leases?

Looking for short-term rental in manhattan for 3-4 months. Can anyone recommend building mgmt firms that offer such flexible leases. I found a few Archstone buildings that do, but I understand Related and Rose do not. Any feedback greatly appreciated!!
