Discussion about 50 West 70th Street #GARDEN
Curious to hear what the SE experts have to say about this one. Is it a a good deal? Anybody know about this COOP Board?

overpriced, but at $1m with $400k to open up the lower level to become two reasonable bedrooms then a real 3br with a study (the back room on ground floor is too small for a dining room.

at the end of the day though you will still end up with a small combined living room/dining room BUT the location is great.
