Bathtub or Shower?

Hi, We are renovating our 550sf alcove studio. We are contemplating removing our tub and installing a shower stall instead. What you do guys think?? Will it hurt the resale value? Thoughts? Thanks!

if you only have one bathroom, it must be a bathtub.
