Discussion about
I'm considering applying for a sublease of an apartment at 504 Grand Street Amalgamated Dwellings. Is anyone familiar with the building's board? How tough are they on financials?

are you going through a broker?
even if you're not, ask Jacob Goldman at LoHo Realty for some advice.
he's excellent and they do the Grand street coops exclusively.

I don't trust that Jacob guy. He's greedy. Offer him some cash for advice.

Why not just call the managing agent for the building and politely ask for their financial guidelines before spending any money?
