RockRose or TF Cornerstone Rent Deposit

Discussion about
We are a tenant at one of TF Cornerstone/RockRose's building in LIC. We are planning on moving out soon and are wondering how x-tenants' experience in receiving their deposit from them. Do they tend to keep the deposit or a portion of it? If you rented at one of their other properties, I'd like to hear from you too. Thanks.

Talk to the super, it's usually their call, tell him you want to avoid losing any of your deposit and have him do a walk through with you way in advance to estimate what the charges would be. I did this in a Rockrose building and ending paying the maintenance guy $100 to patch up the walls, particularly the holes from mounting our TV on the wall, and they sent my full deposit back. About a month later.
