whats going on in williamsburg at 80 met?

80 met is advertising "60 sold" -- since they put out a press release in Feb , seven months ago, saying "50% sold", that means they have sold about Twelve Units in Seven Months. Given that this included the Spring AND Summer, this doesn't seem very good. Plus now 58 Met is on sale and not a singlle unit yet sold there. The Edge has sold 28% plus say 4% in new contrracts not yet signed (with another few percent apparently in limbo). So sales very slow there until very recently. NSP2 - 40% sold, so seems ok.
