I'm not certain who legally owns the windows of a condo unit, but I'm pretty sure that you can't replace the window as you could if you owned a townhouse.

If you're looking to soundproof the windows of a condo unit, you can contact companies like Citiproof or Citiquiet for estimates. However, if the window is an irregular shape (i.e. any shape which is not a square or rectangle), I've heard that they will not be able to custom make an exact replica of the window. You may have to contact a custom window company.
