About 65 listings for this building were listed on Streeteasy as listed alread in contract. All units were on high floors - clustered at the very top of the building. Is there any indication of a block sale?

It was reported in the paper that some big sports franchise -- NBA, NFL, can't remember which was looking to buy a block there. Looks like they might have done so.

And a couple of dozen times it was reported in the papers that celebrities were looking at the Apthorp. To date, there are no substantiated celebrity sales there.

Thanks apt23. That makes a lot of sense. Hopefully they close quickly and we get some price discovery.

It wasn't actually a league doing the looking. I believe it was a couple of the player's agents.
