Fake Listing???

I was looking at an apartment on NYTIMES site, but it was different on streeteasy so I looked up the brokers other listings and this is one of them.... http://streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/529708-coop-160-e-38th-st-murray-hill-new-york It looks like he listed it the day after it was sold? The NYTimes listing is here...but on streeteasy it isnt there... http://realestate.nytimes.com/sales/detail/808-EDWARDL759/Where-Chelsea-Meets-the-Village-New-York-NY-10011 anyone know what this is?

all of his listing actually were listed after the apartment sold? here's one more. any sense what this is

It does seem a little strange. Have you tried calling him up and asking him why that is? That would be the most direct way to find out that I could think of.
