Sale at 250 West 27th Street #1B

havent seen this specific one but i've seen 3 other units in this building, and they all notoriously lie about square footage.
in my quick and generous calc, i got under 1300 sf.
it looks nice but i would bring my tape measure if you are checking it out.

FIT block...big reason for price

Yeah, this block is not going to look or feel much like Chelsea. It's kind of a no-man's land.

From looking at the listing, this is a first floor and basement apartment with very little light and low-end or dated finishes. Much of the square footage is in the oversized master bedroom and bathroom, while the kitchen is tiny and living room/dining room smallish for a three-bedroom.

I suspect the eventual buyer is someone who either really needs three bedrooms or someone who wants to turn the basement space into a huge family room/game room/whatnot.

thanks. It doesn't seem like it could be 1700 square feet...

Side note: It's basically the only street in NYC that doesn't have streetview on google maps. Ha!
