A Bedbug Disclosure Question

With this new bedbug disclosure rider, the following occurred to me: Is there value in renting in a building/from a company who has dealt with bedbugs successfully, or is any report (as the bedbug registry lists reports, not confirmed sightings) enough to turn you off?

Safe to say that if a building hasn't had bedbugs, it's going to. So yes, may as well go with management that knows how to cope.
