Please help me understand these title documents

hi, i was checking the title documents filed for the new building i bought a coop in. i found these on another web site, but i have no idea how to understand them. any light shed is appreciated, thanks! one tenant filed the intial coop UCC1, then a year later files another UCC1, but the 2ns party is listed as: "Forte Mortgage In Lieu Of The True Corporate Name", then a month later files a "Ucc3 Amendment" with the 2nd party listed as "Forte Mortgage In Lieu Of True Corporate Name" what is this and whats it all about? thanks
Bought a coop but dont know how to do your own research? Let me guess it was your rich mommy and daddy's down payment? Posting on Streeteasy to get a quick answer so you can turn around and lecture some broker on something? And people wonder why the real estate brokerage industry exists. So many supposedly well born, bred and educated buyers with high flying careers walking around town, but when it comes to understanding simple UCC filings they are totally helpless. How much did that Ivy league education cost you?
Maybe we should consolidate all these stupid questions and put them into one of the numerous broker bashing threads.

brokerzrule, sounds like you have been treated like shit one too many times. why not try and help this guy out and not being such a dick. you dont seem to earn enough money and want a better education leading to the apparent inferiority complex. if you know the answer try and add some value in this life. even if it only once.
I could easily answer this guy's question if he walked into my office (and i would do it for free). But why bother helping the broker basher crowd on Streeteasy? You want me to spend time typing out an explanation/answer to the question after all the accusations thrown at brokers on this board? Pay the price of your uniformed arrogance.
I make plenty of money, but yes, I encounter many buyers who attempt to treat brokers like shit. They seemed very very surprised when the treatment is reciprocated. I really should put up a recording of some of the messages you crazed, delusional morons leave on my answering machine. Buyers have an attitude and think they can treat anyone as they please just because the are making a moderately sized purchase. A shame since you really all do need the help on the smallest and simplest of things.
so why not give him your address and let him walk into your office? probably a better strategy than providing support for the broker bashing claims that are occasionally made on this board.

guys like brokerzruke are the reason many buyers and sellers do not want to deal with brokers any more. brokers don't rule, just deal with it.
