Hi, I am a broker and was wondering if any fellow broker could help me out. I am based downtown and my clients want to move to UWS. Foreign territory! Anyone know which buildings are paying OP? Really appreciate it! Thanks

Hi, perhaps you should tell this client you are not qualified to act in his best interests and they should find a broker that knows the UWS. Your post suggests you are bringing nothing of value to the table and so doing your client a disservice.

jesus, don't you have olr or a proprietary database you can use? even without either one, can't you cobble together a few based on 5-6 major landlords that send out daily updates?

cc, i don't shill here. particularly rental listings that i would much rather rent direct than co-broke. I co-broke if i have to, but why would i help this guy out?
