A Building 425 E. 13th Street Completion Date

The company in charge of marketing and selling the company told me about a month ago that they would begin to close in November - which is obviously a huge joke. If you are sad when you look at the 13th street side, don't even think about strolling around to the 14th st part of the project - those billowing tarps that have been hanging where the windows should be for the past 9 months make me want to cry. To add insult to injury, condos five times as large have been started, completed and closed on in the same neighborhood in the time that it's taken to put up some windows on 13th st.

The original closing date was stated as July. As a general rule and applicable to most buildings, you add 6 months to the quote which results in January of 2008. It looks like the 13th street side will start in Jan/Feb so at the end of the day, this building is on target. Frustrating - yes. Behind schedule - not really.

I received a call from the sales office saying that closings are starting near end of December/early January. Since they are starting on the lower floors and moving up, best guess for full completion of the units is March/April. Not the best but better than moving into a construction zone. Just an FYI.

Anyone have any updates about the A Building (425 E. 13th)? We're still far from closing, but I'm wondering if the people on the ground floor have gotten any new info.

The 2,3,4,5 floor have all begun to close and move into the building.... the 1st floor is supposed to be next followed, starting move ins 1/28 then 6,7,8... in early February...
