what's up with the pricing for 3A, 19A, and 34A (potential combo of 3A & 4A)?
It's a great building and a lovely "vertical community." I know people who have lived there for many years. The staff is exceptionally dedicated, and always has been. The board is excellent and very discriminating about who they accept. The residents are a marvelous combination of "old guard," who have lived there for over 50 years, and new arrivals, some of whom are film stars and celebrities.
maintenance has risen 21 per cent in the past four years. from one of the lowest maintenace buildings it has become high.
