The apartment is a 5th floor walkup, is being actively renovated (2010-10-24), and might come out looking pretty good.
WARNING: The owners have a bad relationship with the building coop. They have owned there since before the coop was formed, and maintain that they are therefore not subject to coop rules, and allowed to rent it out despite a prominent sign on the door saying that the coop board has not approved the apartment for rental.
The layout is a hallway along one side of the apartment, with a bedroom right near the front door. The hallway passes the bathroom, and widens into a kitchen / living area, off of which there is a second bedroom. The windows overlook the PS75 school yard, facing towards Riverside park. There is currently wood flooring, but the owners say they'll put in tile in the kitchen.
