For parents, there's an unadvertised tuition-sized benefit too: The Aire is snugly located in the coveted P.S. 199 school zone. A quick search on StreetEasy reveals that Port 10 and Claridge House are also giving rental incentives. Port 10, a new building in Chelsea at 303 10th Avenue and 28th Street, is offering two months free rent, while Claridge House, at 201 East 87th Street and Third Avenue, will throw in a month, and pay your broker's commission.
