bedbug disclosure

Discussion about
how do you get the new bedbug form filled out? are you supposed to ask your broker or go to the managing company? what if you are renting in a coop? anyone done this yet?

landlords IN RENTAL BUILDINGS ONLY are required now to fill out the bed bug rider. If it isn't, there is a website you can go to file a complaint. coops/condos don't count. which makes the law completely useless, but that's it.
