This should actually be under "developments". Can a moderator move please? Sorry.

toured the place recently. Certainly a different kind of apartment style for Brooklyn Heights(more loft-like than brownstony (my new word of the day;) The finishes are really hi-quality. Closets are exceptional. Not alot of views because you are essentially on little alleyway (College Place) of a street that links two other main Brooklyn Heights streets. The sales office has a newl gallery on Montague, but there is also a sales office on-site. A couple of the penthouse layouts are just plain stupid, but to put a PH on your envelope will always turn on sum unsophisticated wallstreeter. The neighborhood is "mature" which is to say it isn't Williamsburg. But for plain old bucolic beauty, few are as measured as Brooklyn Heights. The developer is Manhattan Skyline or Donald Zucker for those who know him. Most of the Manhattan rental buildings he's built over the past 40 yeasr have been plain vanilla, certainly no Solow for style or Glenwood for service. Still, his stuff is well built and you generally won't find alot of flaws (except, as I said, in the crazy penthouses with low ceilings and bad layouts). Cantor Pecorella is the agent for most of the Zucker projects. Good luck.

Thanks for the info, ubbatubba.

What was the ceiling height difference between the PH vs. other floors? I've heard this comment about the PHs elsewhere and I'm curious as to how bad it is.
