Holiday Tipping/December Move-In

I am starting a lease in a full service luxury condo UES building on December 15th. While we won't actually move until the new year, I will be having lots of packages delivered. What is appropriate to tip the super as a move-in bonus and what about everyone else? Since it is right before Christmas I feel I should do something. That said, the owners of the apartment made it clear that they tip the building staff very well. Thoughts?

Tip something with a note thanking them for welcoming you to the building and looking forward to a good upcoming full first year in the building.

We moved into our apartment around the middle of Dec and did tip. They were very grateful.
