This owner also owns 250 4th Ave Brooklyn 11215
Not only are they refusing to release security deposits but they are renting an ILLEGAL unit on the 3rd floor of the building. According the the certificate of occupancy for the building the top floors is not habitable!

Streeteasy should be aware of this and refuse to post any listings for the any unit that is listed for the 3rd floor!
