Who's buying here? Any thoughts on building? Any thoughts on neighborhood? About 35% sold in new development. Any thoughts on buying in a building that is not 50% sold yet?

Hello. Let me know about your experience buying here...I've been interested in ths building for a while but they agent/developer doesn't want to release the unit I'm interested in (the similar units are already under contract). Seems counter intuitive since the main objective should be to sell everything as quickly as possible for as close to asking price as possible...
