can't believe the rate is jumping like this, a lot of ppl will be priced out, at least for now, or maybe forever.

Forever's a long time; a bit OTT, don't you think? If they changed that fast, no reason they can't change direction again. Of course, those were completely ahistorical lows we saw a couple of months ago. Up until quite recently, a 6% rate was considered amazingly low.

You can definitely tell the difference between historical sex and regular sex.
