Discussion about
Apartments might look okay on the inside, but complete garbage in reality. Huge mouse problem. Pipes make loud obnoxious noises all night long. Hot water is non-existent half of the time, the other half, it sporadically turns to scalding hot. Entire building smells from restaurants below.
