I want to install in-wall aircon to a prewar building. Approx how much would this cost per unit?

for our remodel, we have gotten quotes of 1500-1800 per unit, including of course installation and the unit. don't know if that is high or low however

That is very low, so much so that i would love their number.

It really does depend on so many things:

What floor are you on? Does your building require any scaffolding?
How many BTU's do you need, the unit itself could cost 1,200.00
Do you need ne welectric run?

The cost to just open the holes is about $800.00-$900.00 per
The install for the HVAC guy is around $1,200.00 per

Again these are budget prices, it depends on a lot of variables

We just did 5 units -$25,000 combined the heat and air into 1 unit
