Hello, Wife and I are looking for a 1bdrm (larger 1; not the two junior 1's currently on SE) rental in this condo building. Any leads on apts that will be available in next month or two? Availabilities in Marais would be considered too. Thanks

Jeff, are you willing to pay a fee? If so, you should write my colleague Michael Walsh, who lives in the Marais and specializes there, and ask if anything's coming up -- you can get him at michael [at] dgneary [dot] com
