Includes some HPD lottery units...that's all I know.

I walk past them a lot - seems like a nice block. They are well maintained. Close to a "good" part of FDB.

I have never been inside the units, but the seem really nice from the outside.

Are these original Brownstones converted to a condominium or were they built in 2004 as TH Condos
