Anyone have insights into this building -- maybe past or existing residents? The rates per square foot seem low for a condo -- any idea why? Would appreciate any input.

It is a great building, in an old church school so unique configurations you don't commonly see in Manhattan. It affords tremendous value for your money. Condo fees are relatively low, there is storage in the basement (optional fee but reasonable). Great super. Some units haven't been remodeled, and others have a floor below ground, hence the average cost being low in those cases. I expect prices to go up on average.
