The most expensive sale according to the Hudson County MLS occurred in May at the W Hotel & Residences.  A 3 bedroom north/east facing condo sold for $2,400,000. Other notable sales include a penthouse at the Garden Street Lofts selling for $2,300,000 in June and a 3,600 sq.ft. penthouse at 2 Constitution Court selling for $2,200,000 in September.
