I have two good companies that can do it, You just want it gut and all rubbish removed? What kind of project, residential or commercial? Do you need a permit?

Andrew,

Even with a strict building as long as a contractor has a license, liability and workers comp you should be good to go. It is hard for the demo companies I know to price it without looking at it. One of my guys charges about $40 a yard. If you want I would come and take a look.

Is there an architect involved? I usually pull permits but they are based on the architects drawings.
