Rose demo has been recommended to me do you know them?

Andrew, I have been using Rose Demo for all my demo and carting for the last 6 years.They are organized,punctual,and work safely.
They are familiar with all Manhattan Co-op rules and procedures and their crews are made up of good,hard working guys.
They will not be the low bidder,but they charge a fair price for what they deliver.
(And I am not related to them,but I am a G.C. for the past 21 years.) good luck.

any idea what ball park price I can expect for a total demo including marble bath and floors 2.700' ?

extremely difficult to do without seeing the job,access(stairs?) bldg. hours,rules,etc.
Call their office and get an estimator to do a walk-through.You could have an estimate in
3 days if the apt. is accessible.

A lot also has to do with different variables.

What are the walls made out of? Are there working shut off valves in the bathrooms? Tubs? What kind?
