I've been to their open house and the building looks great, and considering the price... but the neighborhood seemed to be veeery sketchy, it is really close to manhattan though. Anybody has thoughts on this gentrification of the flatbush avenue/downtown brooklyn? I liked the building/deal but not quite sure how pratical it would be to start living there right now, would like to know the opinion of people that lives in the neighbohood (or knows brooklyn) or is considering living there. thanks - milton
