Has anyone been to this new development on 6th avenue? I was quoted $4,345 with one month concession on a 13-month lease (net effective $4,011) for a one bedroom with "home office", ie windowed closet. This seems crazy to me for that terrible location.

a one bedroom should be about $3k renovated, doorman bldg. in a good location...

I am currently living there...one of 8 residents in the entire builing.

OP you are nuts if you think a never lived in, concierge level one bedroom plus home office (even if you think it's small) with views, pool and gym that nets out to around 4k a month is over priced, then perhaps you should move to jersey city.
