Most real estate rental brokers can help you. They have listings that include short-term furnished. Or just try the NYTIMES real estate search tool, and specify furnished. Many furnished are short term.

Don't expect to get into a good building, even for a few months, without filling out reams of paperwork, a board app, etc.
